Telnyx powers fax and SMS for the Triage and Dispatch families. Inbound faxes and text messages arrive through Telnyx; outbound faxes and texts go out the same path.
Superpowers that make your practice faster, more thorough, and more profitable.
Triggered by case events, the right document or letter is rendered, faxed via your eFax provider, and the delivery receipt tracked back to the case. Built for the situations where physical mail is too slow but email won't satisfy compliance or counterparty preference.
Inbound faxes arriving at your firm's eFax line get OCR'd, identified by sender and content, matched against your case data, summarized with action items extracted, and either filed in Filevine with notification to the case owner or routed to human review when the match is ambiguous.
Triggered by case events (an appointment scheduled, a status update, a reminder threshold), an SMS template is filled with case data and sent to the recipient. Delivery confirmation tracks back to the case.
