Triggered by case events or initiated on demand from inside Filevine. Two modes: connect a member of your team directly to the recipient (click-to-dial), or have an AI voice agent place the call and handle the conversation. Call notes and outcomes track back to the case.
Call Filing transcribes every call and voicemail, writes a short summary, and pulls out the action items and who called and why. It files all of it to the correct case in Filevine automatically, so your team sees what was discussed and what needs to happen next without anyone stopping to type it up. Calls it can't match confidently go to a person for review, so nothing lands in the wrong file.
Triggered by case events, the right document or letter is rendered, faxed via your eFax provider, and the delivery receipt tracked back to the case. Built for the situations where physical mail is too slow but email won't satisfy compliance or counterparty preference.
Inbound faxes arriving at your firm's eFax line get OCR'd, identified by sender and content, matched against your case data, summarized with action items extracted, and either filed in Filevine with notification to the case owner or routed to human review when the match is ambiguous.
Detects case-related emails arriving at your firm's mailboxes, locates the right case, and moves the email plus any attachments directly into the case file. Each email is summarized with action items extracted, and downstream actions like task assignment or status updates can fire automatically. Anything ambiguous gets routed to human review.
An AI agent coordinates mediation scheduling across counsel for both sides by proposing times, negotiating via email, and locking in a date that works for everyone. Ambiguous decisions get routed to human review.
Triggered by case events (a phase change, a status update, an intake step), the right letter template is filled with case data, printed, folded, stuffed in an envelope, and posted to the recipient. Delivery confirmation tracks back to the case.
Triggered by case events (an appointment scheduled, a status update, a reminder threshold), an SMS template is filled with case data and sent to the recipient. Delivery confirmation tracks back to the case.
Watches every document landing in your case management system. Each one gets classified by type, named in your firm's standardized format, filed in the right folder, hashtagged, and posted to the activity feed automatically. Built for Filevine.
Watches your firm's SharePoint mail dropbox. Multi-page PDFs get split into individual pieces, each is identified by content and parties, grouped with related pages from the same case, matched against your case data, summarized with action items extracted, and either filed in Filevine with notification to the case owner or routed to human review when the match is ambiguous.
A case-aware decision matrix evaluates every finding against the claimant's case theory, choosing from six redaction actions and ensuring decisions stay consistent across documents and free of third-party attribution. Every redaction traces to a rule or named human override.
On-Demand Forms lets Trellys generate private, expiring links for clients, partners, vendors, or other outside parties. Use templates for repeatable workflows like intake packets, HIPAA releases, authorizations, NDAs, and document requests, or let Filevine workflows and AI agents create dynamic interactions when the situation needs something specific.
The boring busywork inside your case system.
When you archive a case, any incomplete tasks get converted into tagged notes on the case. The work that didn't close stays on the record so anyone reviewing the case later can see what was outstanding when it shut.
When a new case is created in Filevine, your firm's standard recurring expenses get added automatically based on case type. The case enters billing with the right expense baseline from day one.
