Ledger

The Ledger is a Filevine section that automations write to, whether they are Trellys automations or ones you build yourself with tools like Zapier. It gives them a clean, structured place to record important case events: phase changes, document analysis, communication records, and other case signals worth keeping. Use it for anything that should not clutter the activity feed, or that needs to be stored as structured data, including JSON, that other automations can read back later.
